I’ve only had my Dyson V7 for a little over a week and have used it 3 times. I don’t like how you have to hold the power button to run it. It’s also a little hard to figure out when emptying the canister and taking the canister off to wash it. I also had a hard time getting the filter out. Overall it’s easy to handle while using.

No accessories included. Low suction. The battery dies after 10 to 12 minutes of use. Can not finish the job. The description claims up to 30 minutes of use. Not very reliable.

I bought this for my 90-yo grandmother who likes to keep a clean home but has some mobility challenges. This is perfect for her because it’s light weight, picks up the cat hair and kitty litter on both carpet and hard floors, is easy to change the tools/attachments, and is easy to empty. No more bending over to plug/unplug the cord or struggling with a 25-yo machine that should have been replaced a while ago. Plus I selfishly get to use it whenever I go over to help with chores.

I love this vacuum so much. It's super lightweight and very easy to use, but it cleans much better than my old heavy bag vacuum. There was no discernible difference in quality in the refurbished vaccuum - it's a great vaccuum for a great price!

I ordered this refurb during the President’s Day sale. I was very excited about the product as I have been using a bag vacuum for a while and it has always been a pain to lug out of the closet for small jobs. Overall, the product has been great. It picks up cat litter and hair that finds its way to my carpet and wood floors with ease. Emptying the canister into a bag is much simpler than taking out a vacuum bag pouch, and it’s a lot easier to see when it’s time to empty. That said, I have a problem with the quality of the product I received. The canister has a cable/plug that delivers power to the vacuum attachments which upon arrival, was loose. The device still works, but when I called Dyson support to get the part replaced, they said they didn’t know what part I was talking about and that if I wanted to get it repaired/replaced, I would have to go to a service center, which was about 20 miles away from my home, or buy a new canister for $29. Needless to say, my opinion of what seems to be a great product is undercut by the poor customer service I received when trying to get my new vacuum fixed.Read full review
