Just had it a few days but seems to be fine. The wifi isn't built in as I thought it was by the description, it's a usb plug in but seems to work fine. There was also no mention that it would be a Windows 7 rebuilt but it is. it doesn't seem to be any faster than my windows 7 it replaced, for security reasons. That's why I said it it isn't fast, I use Chrome not Edge so that might be part of the speed issue. I don't play seriously gaming games so not a real issue for me. Just need reliable and secure, it did come with windows security installed and functioning it was also updated. I'm sorta new to Windows 10 so I probably don't know all its advantages.

I've been happy with remanufactured Dell computers and have bought three now from premiumgraphicx-apt. Of course the big deal is saving a lot of money over new and any improvements I want over time are easy to do and inexpensive. This machine is just like new with fresh copy of Windows 10 Pro owned by me alone and came with a re-install disk Not a copy of an existing Window account, but new and in my name. Over time I may add RAM or a fancier graphics card, but out of the box the computer is great. I recommend this kind of computer for anyone who is budget challenged!

Up arrival, I had some issues. Asked for help and had the bio upgraded. Now, it works a bit faster than my solid Dell XPS 8700 ( which I purchased new.) This is a work horse! It runs very quit most of the time. If you find an used one with good condition, buy it! Just make sure that you can handle the BIO, the reinstalling of windows and so on. It has embedded Windows 8 serial number. So, you may install windows 8 using any existing discs (back-up discs). Then you may still upgrade the system to Windows 10 for free now.

While you're not going to take home any performance awards with the Dell OptiPlex 9020 PC it does have enough tech to get most things done fairly well. Adding a decent low profile graphics card (ex 1050 ti LP) may even let you do some modern gaming at low to medium settings. The key thing here is bang for the buck. It's hard to find anything with these specs for this low price.

A really steadfast computer at a good price. I already had one (bought on Ebay also) and I typically run over 30 open windows plus word processing and graphic programs (and solitaire) at the same time with degradation of performance. This is one of Dells workhorses.

Needed an all in one for my living room that could mount to a vesa bracket. System with SSD drive is fast, quiet, sound is better than previous laptop solution, screen is clear and a good size for older eyes, with plenty of USB ports. Mainly use for business productivity. Would recommend.

I bought this machine to turn into a home server because With just a few upgrades. I knew it would be a great "bang for the buck". First, I took out the Win10 PRO hard drive out and put it in the closet for a 250GB SSD drive that I loaded Linux Mint 19.1 Cinnamon onto as my OS. Then I ordered the dell 3.5" drive bay adapter that holds TWO 2.5" hard drives and a Dell power "Y" cable to feed the SSD and a 2TB Seagate laptop drive I already have. Then I added a 4TB WD hard drive in the second bay for a total of three hard drives with tons of storage. Added a PCIE WIFI/Bluetooth card and added two 8GB memory sticks to the two 4GB sticks that came in the machine and it is very fast for what I have in it and it can support up to three 780P screens as it came from dell. I will be adding a PCIE non-raid SATA card to speed up the drive transfer on the secondary storage drives and give the possibility of adding two more drives in the empty 5.25in drive bay and a larger power supply to feed those hard drives and a possible video card upgrade in the future. This machine has a lot of room for upgrades... And the fast I5-4590 4Core Intel processor is easily upgradable to an I7 8Core later to speed it up even more if necessary! I've had the machine for two weeks and have been very impressed so far! Read full review

Excellent genuine Dell part, low-profile USB 3.0 PCI-E expansion card! This card arrived in like-new condition and fits and works perfectly in my OptiPlex 990 small-form-factor (SFF) system. Low heat, non-mechanical components like this one are a great value when purchased used. Because the card was designed for this very system in its time, it matches the power-sipping qualities of the rest of the system. In other words, it doesn't induce higher power demands for which the original system power supply was not designed. The throughput copying a large file from an external USB 3.0 drive went from 33MB/s at USB 2.0 to 103MB/s connected to the "new" USB 3.0 card. Just great!

Built into a i7-4790 with 16GB ddr3 RAM , a 500 GB SSD , and a 1050 Ti vid card with a Thermotake 600 Watt PSU. It is wicked fast for a non ocerclockable PC . It replaces my dying 960x that was built in too long ago , and I will miss it as an old friend. This Dell is a stopgap to my next build , which I am now planning .It will last me another decade .
