Appears to be a good product, so far. It's only been a week, but application went well, roof looks great and it appears it will last many years.
It is a very tough coating when dry. It is best applied with a roller, but you need to work pretty quickly as it begins to thicken quite soon as it is being applied. If you take too long to roll it out, it becomes a little bumpy, but does not hurt it's performance. It is not a cheap coating. It is up to about 3 times the cost of the lesser quality, acrylic coatings. The warranty says 100% limited lifetime warranty while the acrylic state 7 or 10 year limited, depending on the quality of the coating. It appears to bond very tightly, as mentioned in the description. The roof seems to be firmer then before application. My roof appeared to be about 1/2 dry after 24 hours. Was a little soft in spots. After 2 days, it appears to be dry and firm, but instructions say complete curing/recoat 28 days after application.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Amazing 100% white silicone roof coating ...
The 100% silicone elastomer as a roof coating seems to be one of the few materials that can hold up in the hot bright sun for years at 4,000 feet, holding a seal on whatever its glued to below. I've coated my shallow pitch roll-roofing main roof with it to extend its life rather than pull up the two layers and start over. The roofing guys say its too shallow for either metal or shingles.
