Ive been using this for 2 weeks and I can see a difference some lines have softened and I'm 56 years old. I have tried everything I have a bathroom full of creams but this one is my favorite it is between a cream and a serum. If you have super deep lines I would say use prescription retinae but this is a excellent moisturizer.

Advertised that this moisturizer will help correct any dark spots on face. No changes at all were seen from the constant use of this product. Good value with the twin pk but only for moisturizing, doesn't make any changes in skin.

For a drug store moisturizer I’m quite pleased w/ Cerave PM. it’s Non irritating and light weight on my combo/oily skin and it absorbs well. I use it night and day w/ sunscreen over it. The AM feels a bit tacky so I prefer the PM.
