Bought "Like New"
For the price that I paid for this "Open Box" ($62) it was a win. I received damaged, cross threaded bolts. When I looked at the threads on the vehicle though, they also looked pretty rough. Instead, I drilled out the holes some and retapped them with a 7/17-20 tap. Bought 4 bolts for $1.60 and torqued it all down. A bit disappointed in all of the extra work I had to do but the price was worth it.

Excellent trailer hitch
This trailer hitch was exactly what I expected. Solid in construction, well painted, and the bolts fit beautifully. A proper long handled torque wrench is required to secure the bolts properly though.
