Just the best!!
I'm not sure if I feel any different taking this product after tossing out a lot of other supplements. I wanted to downsize and just take a good vitamin that has pretty much everything in it that I was taking separately. Apparently this is a good high quality vitamin according to a physician. I was concerned that after taking them, my urine would be a bright yellow. I was told that it would subside in time and that it was an indication of being a high quality vitamin and a good brand. So, for that reason alone, I'll continue taking them regardless of the cost. It's worth it to me! I've also been able to consolidate and downsize the amount of supplements I used to take.
