Not for me
I inserted my handicap placard into the hanger sleeve before its first use. I pulled into a handicap parking space and hung it from the rear view mirror before exiting my car. Before departing from my parking space I removed the hanger sleeve and noticed that the plastic hanger sleeve had softened considerably, I’m assuming, due to the temperature outside my car. I hadn't considered the possibility that it might happen. Durable Handicap Permit Placard!
This is the best handicap permit placard I've ever had! The others had flimsy handles that would tear/rip and then unable to hang from the rear view mirror. These new placards have heavy duty, well constructed hangers that should prove serviceable for years to come. Stands up to the sun.
The hard plastic hook makes all the difference. I live in Southern Arizona. With the usual plastic placard holder, the heat of the summer sun would cause the holder to become very pliable and in most cases, it would slip off the mirror.
