Cooks great!
Heats evenly from center of skillet to outer edges. The tall sides of the pan reduce the amount of frying oil splatter that gets out of the pan, so stovetop and nearby pots stay cleaner. It's curious that the box it arrived in said that the skillet is dishwasher safe, except for the plug-in heating element, but the directions inside the box state that only the lid is dishwasher safe. The inside of the pan is easily hand cleaned with soap and water without imersing the whole pan in water. The non-stick pan surface seems to work well, even at high temperatures. It makes cleanup a breeze. Actual pan temperature may be a few degrees (5-6 degrees) hotter than what the dial temperature setting indicates.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Looks great, features are what I needed.
