It worked, but required machining for the bolt holes to properly align.
All the holes for the bolts were off by about 1/8 to 1/4 inch. This caused the back right bolt hole to not align properly and hit on the engine case, which caused the rest of the bolts not to align properly as well. I used a grinding wheel to remove the material around the bolt hole to shift the piece over. The part now fits and aligns as it should of.
