Quite a good basic first aid kit. Light and basic, appropriate for brief excursions or in your vehicle, woth a light duty carabiner to attach to backpack (but it's small enough to fit inside even a small pack). NOT approaching a full trauma kit, but It's easy to supplement with specifics if you want to be more prepared (like tourniquet, extra gauze, etc), and will cover your for a lot of likely situations. You SHOULD put in some anti-inflammatories and pain killers, nausea meds etc. and might even fit small packs of such into the case.

Wanted a small kit to carry around on our hiking trips. Perfect for that!

I think this kit should be kept in the car just in case you or someone else needs first aid. It's pretty compact, making items inside a little difficult to find and separate .
