More than just a piece of tack
This high quality leather surcingle with brass fittings is a must have in every tack room. It is exactly what I anticipated when I ordered the item. I was pleasantly surprised when the item showed up in it's own handbag sized carrying case. The case hangs on my tack room wall where my nice leather surcingle is protected until I need it. It is convenient to grab and carry to the arena, and instead of hanging my nicely oiled leather tack over the rail (or worse having it drop into the sand), it is neatly contained in the case for convenient carry back to the barn afterwards. Really nice.

Not what it looks like.
I was under the impression the product was leather. But it is more like plastic. Very stiff, and has no leather like feeling. would not recommend if you are wanting a leather surcingle.
