Great machine-easy to use and haven't had a failure yet!
I love this machine!! I have made bread for family and friends and we all love it. No added ingredients like corn syrup--no extra fat on the stomach!! Tasty and not mushy. I made bread, up to 29 loaves a week, by hand when my family was growing up. When I bought bread they complained that they had to eat "mushy" bread. Seems like a good machine
This machine was purchased to replace an older one. The only issue I've had is removing the paddle blade after use. It finally came out after soaking a long time but even then, it took a lot of effort. Hopefully, that won't be a problem after each use.
