Necessity for deep snow riding
Great product and a must for carving and riding deep powder. Keeps the snow from getting into the intake and scoring pistons. I will never be without one from now on. Can see it installed in the side panel on top left of attached photo

Not a replacement part.
This does not eliminate the need for the foam pre filter, but is a sleeve over it. This type of aftermarket replacement should be a complete replacement. The build seemed to be very solid once out of the packaging.
