Well made good value lined up purfect
The plate is awsone it needs 2 long bolts and 2 shorter bolts to be purfect the railing on the big bear doesn't leave any room to mount the longer screws so I had to go to my local tractor supplier and get shorter bolts to fit but I was able to use the same nut.

Doesn’t fit harbor freight winch’s fairlead
This plate fits my big bear perfectly. However theres a caveat if you plan on using this plate to mount a harbor freight winch. The fairlead holes on this plate are too wide for the harbor freight winch fairlead. I cut off the fairlead mounting lip And installed the five dollar Harbor freight mount on top of this plate. Drilled two extra bolt holes to secure this mounting plate to the harbor freight plate.
