Absolutely LOVE!
Item shipped from Japan 2 days after payment and shipping was expedited. Item was delivered 3 days after shipped! Very carefully packaged. Item works in US even though rated 100V for Japan and US operates on 110-120V. I checked with an electrician to make sure it was okay. Only risk is voltage difference might wear down machine a little faster than normal due to higher input possibly could make motor run faster, thus wearing down machine faster. I plugged it into my 2000VAC, 20A, 110V input autotransformer with variable volt output adjustable for 0-130V and set it to 100V. I love Japanese products because they last forever and are extremely well built. If you have one of those Asian water boilers (Denki pots), the boiling noise is similar. The unit is essentially a water boiler with a vented lid to allow steam to humidify your room. Highly recommend! It's been a lifesaver in dry California weather. Does make room a bit warmer but nothing compares to this. I've tried almost every humidifier in the US market and it always breaks or is too loud, or messy. This is super easy with carry handle.
