defective
I purchased this for my daughter and she kept saying it would not come on. So we drove over 100 miles to her house to see what we could do. we had the same problem, so we called ASUS support and they tried to help us but o luck. They said the hard drive had to be bad. They told us to sent it back and they would repair it. So as of now she still has no laptop and she is very ill fighting cancer and I really wanted her to be able to play games or something as she goes through this and is confined to bed.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
