I was extremely satisfied with the phone and especially the price. Considering the fact that I haven't seen any other Blackberry Passport below $350 but the device I got wasn't perfect. I've noticed that the virtual keyboard glitches every now and then when entering certain apps or opening a text. And so does the selection part of it. The physical keyboard with its gestures can also be glitchy and when I was on the Web browsing around through sites, sometimes it wouldn't scroll down. The videos sometimes don't play with sound either...but I guess I did expect some negatives due to it being used before and at a low price. Aside from that I'm very satisfied and I don't plan on returning it. It did work on my carrier (cricket) just that they had to perform many tests and acquire more information from the device. It's a hard 4 star phone due to the issues but if it didn't have them I would have gladly gave it 5 stars. I'm very satisfied and I'm sure you guys will be too!Read full review

Screen, speakers, typing, Web browsing, battery, construction, all amazing. This phone is efficient, and honestly the best all around phone I've ever had. I'll get the bad out of the way before I elaborate on the good. Size - it is not a one handed phone. You can sort of but it's difficult. Camera - there are some good apps, but it's okay. I'm used to a lumia 1020, the Sony Xperia z5, and the priv. It should have been better. If they had done the same lens that's in the priv, it'd be like an unbelievable phone. Apps - but you're not getting this for the apps... You're getting this because it's the most efficient and productive phone out there. You can blast out long documents and emails with fewer mistakes and in quicker time. I was running a trucking business from it on the road. Editing pdfs is a breeze. Email and text management is flawless. BlackBerry Hub is hands down the best feature in any os ever. Bold statement, I know. But if you're handling calls, emails from multiple sources, and texts all day, you'll find out why. Web browsing - keyboard shortcuts and the touch enabled keyboard are amazing. Why no one else is doing it is beyond me. They're all iPhone and Samsung zombies. The wide screen really is better for the Web and document viewing. Battery life is legit. Power users will not need their charger every two hours. I used tethering often, still got good battery life. Speakers are phenomenal. You don't need an external speaker to get good sound. Put it in a bowl for better acoustics. Audio quality is good, better than the priv, not as good as a Sony. Construction is all metal with a fantastic backing, feels premium. I can't think of a better constructed phone. The priv is good, so is the Xperia z5, but still don't come close to the passport silver. It turns heads. I already mentioned typing. Im typing this review on a blackberry priv and it doesn't compare. Copying and pasting is easy and fluid, not a pain like on android. Lightly double tap the keyboard and cursor comes up. Sliding across the keyboard back deletes the entire word. The battery life and screen on the priv suck big time compared to the passport silver. Android is a joke of an OS. Windows and BB10 are the best for efficiency and productivity. If there were less apple and Samsung zombies BB10 and windows would be thriving.Read full review

This BlackBerry Passport is simply an excellent device! The battery last a solid day with heavy use. The keyboard / mouse pad is exceptional. The screen is beautiful and the speakers are super loud and clear as is call quality! This phone is not only a phone but a personal assistant as well as a personal computer. You have to use it for a week straight at least to know what I mean when I like many others say that this phone is a beast or a workhorse. I love my Note 4 but I absolutely love my BlackBerry Passport.

This phone might look big but it's size is nothing. (It's almost as big as a Galaxy Note or an iPhone 6s Plus) It works really fast and runs smoothly. The battery last about 20 hours of continuous usage and about two and a half days of minimum usage. The keyboard is something amazing! I thought that physical keyboards where a thing of the past, but I was so wrong! It looks weirdly placed but your fingers get used to it pretty fast and since its touch-enabled the predicting swiping that distinguishes BB10 OS works smoothly. Last but not least, the OS. BB10 is an underrated OS, it's pretty well built in, smooth and intuitive. At first, people might find it difficult to use because of the lack of buttons to go back but you don't miss them at all. Another amazing thing is the built-in HUB. The ability to see all your messages and notifications in a place without the need to open an app is one of the most benefitial things that this OS can bring. The downside, are the lack of apps, for some people, and camera. The apps that I use work perfectly and going back to my apple days, I can say I had a ton of apps that I never touch. I have the apps that are necessary and use constantly, nothing more! On the other side, the camera is not the best but it does what it's supposed to do. It takes good pictures in low light scenarios with the night mode activated and pictures in sunlight are great. If you're undecided, go for it! It's a great phone, it might be old but it runs better and faster than any other smartphone and the battery life is incomparable. It has it flaws but if you're worried about apps, I'm pretty sure you have a tablet then it gets covered. And if the problem is the camera, use a real one, it will take better pictures than any other smartphone.Read full review

Great value, well made phone. Nice battery life. This phone can take Android applications, which is a huge add-on. You can't use the Google apps though. Workarounds do exist, but not worth the time you spend.
