Clears home brew very well
This was recommended by a friend of mine who makes mead (honey wine). There are several recommended ways to use it. Some are over a few days some are over several weeks or months. Try it to figure out your own best way. I went away for a weekend and came back to see my mead made crystal clear. It’s a two part system I guess the first part sensitizes proteins to be receptive to the second part which binds them making them clump together and drop to the bottom of the bottle. Afterwords or do you need to do is siphon off the nice clear liquid. It’s good stuff and a lot less messy than clay. Also you lose less from the bottom because the silt is much thinner than clay.

The only drawback I could possibly think of is the wait time between the two different packages. I have used this for about for about 12 years, and have never had an unsatisfactory result.
