I've been using the same item for years. Recommended especially for value and overall quality, but one needs to keep an eye on the date/time setting as it can easily reset to zero - if inadvertent use of key/ignition - and then needs to be reset manually.

This camera does not work well with an iPad. The app does not fit the iPad. I could not access some of the app buttons to complete the setup. I did set it up on a borrowed iPhone. Seems to work fine on the iPhone. This camera has its own wifi network that you have to log onto in order to operate it. That means each time you want to record video you need to be connected to a smart phone or some other tablet other that an iPad. If it will work on its own, I did not get that far. I did get images on me iPad, and the quality looked fine. The sound recording was poor. I like the design. I like the images. Did not like the fact it appears to not operate without being connected, and the sound, as I said, was poor.

So cheep it came apart why it was mounted in use . The battery don't fully charge you only get about 17 minutes if that battery use . At 90% of the time you wouldn't even record and every so often you take a picture the whole thing is a damn joke

The description says 1080p, but in reality video is only 640x480. Image quality is good, but description is misleading. For the money you pay, it’s generally good,
