Not quite what I expected
Overall, the laptop is okay. I really don't understand why the speaker volume is so low. I had to buy external speakers to hear movies. My only other issue is that it seems a bit glitchy. Everytime I scroll through a website, the screen freezes. I'm not quite sure if it's because it had a previous owner or the laptop is just made that way.
