Works fine, good features,good price. The call announcement is a little hard to understand sometimes, and only announces the caller and not the number. My old set announced both and was easy to understand.

am not happy with these phones, I bought them because the phones I had were refurbished and would not work from my garage which is about 10 feet from my house. These new phones wont work from my garage either. I had a phone a couple of years ago that worked great from the garage and from my neighbor`s driveway which is a good 125 ft from my house. I cant remember what kind it was but I will keep looking for a phone with more talking distance from the base. The reason is, I am in a wheel chair and I went to my garage and got hung up in a hole and the phone wouldn't work for me to call for help

This is the best cordless phone I have ever had, and I have had a lot of them! The range is very good, mine still works fine way out at the road in front of my house, maybe 100 yards. This phone will also allow you to make and receive calls through your cell phone using the cordless handsets. The voice quality is very good. The one thing that I dislike is that there are two buttons on the right side called "voice" and "push to talk." If you have big hands, as I do, while you are talking with someone, sooner or later you will accidentally push one or the other of these buttons and goof up your call in progress. Having four handsets is great, as you can put them throughout the house. The voice quality of the answering system is very good. The internal clock synchs with your cell phone so you don't need to be messing with clock and time settings. The phone system will operate on its own battery if there is a power failure. The specs say for 4 hours. This was not my experience, more like 20 minutes, but your mileage may vary. The batteries in the handsets seem quite good, I have talked for almost three hours without the low battery alert coming on. There are a lot of features and there will be some head scratching with the manual but everything will get programmed in the end. I would buy this again and in fact am buying others for relatives.Read full review

Not only was this seller great to deal with but their description of this AT&T land line phone set is Wonderful! It is just what I had been hoping for in a new land line. The technology is up to date, I didn't have to put the phone list in each of the phones separately and I like the voice announcement caller id. A big plus when a call comes through and I'm not near a hand set. The volume can be set to Very Loud! lol I need that if I'm in the basement or in my studio. All-in-All I made the right choice when I made this purchase. Thank You

The voice can't pronounce some of the caller ID announcements, not a huge problem and sometimes kind of funny. Phones work very well. I keep one in the shop about 100 feet behind the house and it works well even at that distance.
