Our family has used these excellent kitchen knives for at least 35 years. Easily grasped, the knives are a great size for most cooking prep tasks. Although these knives don't hold an edge lengthily, they do take an edge well. A quick sharpening touch-up & the knife is ready to go again. We even keep one in the car. Plus, because the cost is so reasonable we don't even mind leaving one for someone else to enjoy in their kitchen!
