This book was written by someone who studied economics at a high level and was able to lead three companies to profitability in a relatively short period of time. His ideas were not necessarily new but his approach was successful because of his communication skills and passion for excellence in his organization. The book is a good read for anyone who is serious about providing great customer service. I have read this book several times and each time I come away with something new.
