Good Value, But Not Good Quality
I ordered this on a whim because it was at a great price $16. The packaging looked beautiful and the shadows did have the "chocolate" smell. Unfortunately, compared to other Too Faced shadows, the shadow itself was not very pigmented. I tried it dry and tried it with a facial spray to make the eye shadow brush wet and there were little differences. It barely showed up on my skin and was hard to blend. I wish it had more of a "fallout" affect on the pallet. It was just dry, and just...there...and not really pigmented on your finger/arm/shadow brush. Not sturdy
The outer case it comes in is cheaply made and dents easy and hinges are messed up. The makeup itself smells good and goes on OKAY but it’s very pigmented. Not the best quality pallet for sure.
