I haven't noticed any significant changes so far with cutting out majority of the foods.I did eat some bread once or twice.but I do feel better then I'm used to feeling coming from a guy that eats out every day.so if this diet is true or false I guess time will tell.but I think it's worth a shot!

Books by Dr. Peter J. D'Adama are right on cue! 2 yrs. of daily illnesses finally broke within 5 days of going gluten and dairy free. This can happen at any given age, I am in my 60's. The pain I've experienced started out little by little and progressed into daily, intense pain know matter what I ate or when I ate. Whether it was a meal or a snack, I was sick. Blood type O+ has a tendency to carry, of different degrees, lactose and gluten intolerances. Much to be said about these books. I have all 3 of them and now this small shopping guide book and am very, very pleased. It makes life easier then constantly reading labels.

You should know how you blood works with all food group
Have you wonder if something your eating is making you sick? It is possible that certain foods are like poison to your blood type therefore your health. This book tells you why! It has to do with when, where,the groups in your blood type lived and why we still need those food groups. So many types of diet out there have they help you to be health or lose a few pounds and still feel not quite right. You will understand why certain foods are like healthy medicine for your body while other are accepted as nonfood or poison to your system. This doctor has books for all blood group. When you know your blood type this book shows you what you can and cannot eat.Your strengths,weaknesses,medical risks,diet profile,weight loss keys,supplements you should take and a exercise regiment that fits you if you are a o blood type..It also shows you what foods are highly beneficial for o types and what foods are neutral which means not bad or good,its just food.And avoid foods these foods are poison to a o blood type.There is nothing to dislike about the book,its a chosen life style food choice and I feel better because of it.
