New battery is weak. Cranks slowly,barely starts. Disappointing
I have bought 3 batteries for my motorcycle, and every one of them has been a significant improvement over the battery I was replacing. This is not the case with this Yuasa YTI9BL-BS battery. It cranks slowly and feels like it's not going to start. I hooked it up to my Battery Tender for a couple days to make sure it was fully charged, but there was no improvement. Very disappointing.How do I return?

Good product good price
This battery came extremely well packed, which is essential for such a product. The acid is provided in sealed plastic, and when it is to be used, it is very easy to press it over the battery cell vents which are shaped to pierce the plasticand let the acid flow safely into the battery. Great design! The battery fits very easily in 1994 BMW K75.

Great Replacement Battery for my BMW
Arrived on time packed in double cushioned boxes. Battery is well made in Taiwan and shipped with acid packed separately. Never bought a battery with the acid provided separately but it was straightforward and easy to connect the acid pack and fill the battery. It charged immediately and was quick to top off with my motorcycle charger. The motorcycle cranked quickly and started right away; and the issue I had prior with the ABS lights blinking and not syncing indicating improper operation is gone. Good buy and I'd do it again. Cheers.
