Item not as pictured.
I was surprised that it was rusted on the inside as well as the outside. It was not as pictured. I had to sand it several times. With in-between whipped off the sanded rust and cleaning. Same with the inside. Then I decided to use a wire brush. Still did not get all the rust off of it. Applied a couple coats of rust inhibiting paint. Then some touched up after that. Luckily it fit my JS60 lawn mower. I did not realize that it was slightly bent but was able to fix that. Might have happened when it was being shipped. It was not in a box. It was wrapped with a lot of tape and plastic wrap. Labeled fragile. Funny that it was not put in a box to protect it better.
