The DMW Dual Mag Wrap has a hook & loop back and can attach to any loop field on Maxpedition bags. It will fit two (2) magazines from a wide range of handgun sizes. It can also be used to hold flashlights, tools, etc.

Works great on a canceled carry coat
The loops on this are not elastic. They wrap around the magazine and connect to the back with Velcro. This works great since you can size it to fit your magazine. I have used it on a Rugar Mark IV .22 single stack and a 9mm double stack the strap has Velcro on both sides and the panel it attaches to is wider with additional Velcro space. The Mag older has the hooks so you will need the loop side on whatever you are a attaching it to. I have a coat that has Velcro on the inside and it works great. Just remember if it is a lite coat and a big heavy magazine you may get some sag.

Great mag carrier.....
I bought this to go into my Maxpedition "Riftcore" backpack so I could carry a pair of additional magazines for my Glock pistols. The straps are adjustable so I can carry either 9mm or .45acp mags. It works great!
