  • Book needs a new title.

I am very disappointed. I thought the book was about several different types of grain and while there are many described, the recipes are very limited. A more correct title would be Cooking with Quinoa. About 98% of the recipes feature quinoa in all categories of recipe types. It is just so limited. I was looking forward to a more diverse choice of grain use and it is just not in this book. Unless you love cooking with quinoa, I would not waste my money.
