LA Reid is genre-less
The book was an interesting read. If you loved the 80s/90s RnB sound made popular by the likes of LA Reid & Babyface, Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, etc., this book is for you. His story is captivating. He tells almost 60 years of history in 300+ pages. I read the book in 2 days. I received a better understanding of the machine that was LaFace Records, and realized LA Reid has discovered a lot of big-name talent to date. Pebbles is also mentioned and given props.
