  • Beautiful story & great history lesson

The characters are compelling. Susan describes with accuracy the blitz of London during WWII. All of the character do come to life. This is a real page turner. I did not want to put the book down for any reason. But sleep won out most nights. I recommend this book, glad my cousin said just give it a chance. I was hooked at the end of the first chapter.
