    Great book that describes "restorative yoga" and its importance. This is a kind of yoga that focuses on physical and mental relaxation. It is NOT fast moving as it focuses on holding poses. The book has easy to follow photos and step by step instructions to describe warm up poses, back bends, twists, forward bends, and inversions. It also has sequences specifically for the upper body, lower body, back, respiratory issues, mental health, digestive disorders, neurological disorders, women's issues, and other health issues (insomnia, headaches, cancer, osteoporosis, jet lag, sore muscles, and weight loss). This is the BEST book on restorative yoga I have found.
