Very Disappointing, but an opportunity to learn how to Beat Dead-Beat Venders at their own Game !
Device did not work at first ; after several hours connected to a poorly charged battery, it seemed to come to "life", but the Voltage on the battery only went up from 12.9-Volts to 13.1 .... and it never went any higher , even after several days. When I have TIME, I will open it up and try to modify the circuit so it works as it should : a Learn-As-I-Go-Project !!! I attempted to Return-To-Sender, but the Vendor's portion of the EBAY RETURN PROCESS has been NEUTERED ... an act that E-Bay should Investigate........................................
