This item is used but it is basically in near mint condition. The charger, original box, carrying case, and disc attachment (for when you want to use the right controller as a mouse) are all included. I’ve only used it a handful of times because I wanted to see if it was worth to upgrade from my Steam Deck to this. Everything should already be reset/erased when you receive this item. It’s a really good console, and it was a lot of fun to use, but I’m not really a big gamer, so it wasn’t worth it to upgrade for me. Graphics and power are definitely way better than Steam Deck (Baldur’s Gate III is a good example). I think this device would be best suited for AAA games and FPS games.

I have a hard time believing this was actually refurbished. EVERYTHING, including the carry case look brand new. Not even the slightest scuff anywhere. A few pieces had the protective plastic on it too. This was well beyond worth what I paid.
