Briggs and Stratton Camshaft with compression release kit
This isn't so much of a 5 star product as it is a REQUIRED product thanks to the very poor design of Briggs and Stratton, why you have to have a compression release on a 14 hp motor is way beyond me, I would think a stronger starter would be better as the compression release after an undetermined amount of time flies off the camshaft then bounces around in the motor and if your lucky causes no damage to the internals of your motor, at which time whats left of the compression release, it then sits in the bottom of your motor and your motor WILL NOT START, until you take the whole thing apart and replace the camshaft with this kit, which includes a new compression release. A total pain in the butt, and unneccessary in my opinion IF they had a better design, namely a larger more powerfull starter. Thank you the genius's at Briggs and Stratton...
