Lock rings work, wrench not so much
Wrench is junk, but the lock rings work great. Wrench is stamped sheet metal and is not strong enough to release the lock ring. When using these (and others) rings, the ring will get tighter against the press when you tighten the set screw, making almost impossible to loosen the die from the press. Be aware to leave the die slightly loose before tightening set screw.
