Good fun for a great price.
This 2 disc set was my child's introduction to Chuggington. I read some of the negative reviews and understand why this would not work for some families it is a fun, pleasant children's video that encourages good character and teamwork. It is a lot faster and flashy than Thomas the Tank Engine so if you like the slower, classic move of Thomas this might not be a good fit for you. We do not have cable TV, Netflix, or any other type of streaming video so we regularly purchase videos to be watched at home. It frustrates me to pay $10 for a half hour video when I can pay less than that to watch all I want on streaming TV. This 2 disc set is over 8 hours of video for the price you pay for some 30 minute videos and like I said it is entertaining as well as character building. I especially like how the trains are working together across age ranges. This is much more reflective of real life than shows where all the characters are the same age. I read some reviews that complained about how the characters talked to each other but have not experienced an issue with that from what we have watched. So if you are looking for value in a video for a child who likes trains this 2 disc set is a winner!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
