My rating is based on my reading about the item, not my experience with it even though I have purchased it. The reason for this is that while I have purchased it, I've not been able to install it successfully yet. When I put in the NCCO filter and behind it, the HEPA filter, the frame and pre-filter for the HEPA filter should go in next. But they are not fitting behind it like it should. Looks like two studs at the bottom of the frame prevents it from fitting snugly behind them. The item arrived poorly, with the backside of the box container crashed in as if it had been impacted by something in shipment. There is concern that the item may have been warped in shipping. Sawing off the two studs at the bottom of the frame may be the solution to getting it in place. IOtherwise, it should be a quality product based on my reading about it and having had the smaller, portable version of it. Read full review
