These work GREAT on bike ride leg cramps
I'm never without these on long bike rides for possible leg cramps. If taken before and during a long hard ride, I never get leg cramps at all. Also at bedtime to avoid terrible leg cramping after a really strenuous ride. These WORK!

Not really helping the way we expected it to. It may be helping slightly but his leg cramps are still presenting to be problematic. I don’t know if I would recommend it or not, it may work better for others just not us. It is hard to say. I hate to leave a bad review when it may work well for others the way it was intended it is just not what we had hoped for.
