Hard to find in Canada but we saw an eBay offer from the states so we bought it. We love Wyze and use their camera system. Easy to use, smart, and efficient. Took about 1.5 hours to vacuum our 600sq foot home. That includes the charge break. Would recommend!

The vacuum has been working great. Only had one issue the first month where it got stuck under a bed frame. It would not move after that. I called tech support who instructed me to reset the unit to factory settings. Once I did that it was operational again. It did have to remap the house and I had to re-establish the virtual walls I set up but that was the only issue. It picks up everything in it’s path.

I just tried two different shark vacuums. They're loud, stupid, and the software is terrible. This wise vacuum is smart quiet inexpensive has good software that gives you lots of flexibility I can't say enough how much I appreciate this vacuum versus the other two that I've now given up on

I have owned 2 other non-mapping robot vacuums (DeeBot $150). I wanted mapping capability, but wasn't willing to pay triple the price. This (smart) WYZE model is so much better and well worth the $100 extra! It was easy to map my whole house and indicate no-go zones. No more getting stuck. I will never go back to a (dumb) robot vacuum!
