Good for beginners.
I am not experienced with cameras (in fact this is my first one) but this one has been fairly easy to get to know. With a little trial and error you can get some nice clear photos. Also the camera arrived in great condition, I could hardly tell that it was used so that was also quite nice. Overall I like getting to know how to use this product, and have already had some good results.

Compact yet feels and behaves professional
Compact yet solid build. Has a professional camera feel to it, even though I was used to the DSLR weight/feel, this compact format has not been an inconvenience in shooting, but rather a big step up - I can take it anywhere with me, (hiking etc). The buttons are small but I have no problem using them, actually very convenient as they are in close proximity. If you are already used to the Canon DSLRs, this will be a delight, if you are a beginner the touchscreen menus are SUPER EASY and have plenty of helping tips showing up to guide. To my surprise the kit lens is pretty good - better than I expected, with a very useful working range.
