The galaxy note 10+ worked perfectly! Had to use an empty tmobile sim card to get the software to switch over, but then it worked with mint mobile without issues. And thanks for the help with this customer support!

This is a nice phone but the battery runs low faster than my note 9. No headphone jack means I have to use the USB-C port to hook my phone to my car for audio leaving it to drain my battery. It won't hook up via Bluetooth. I prefer the finger print sensor in back with the camera lens. The note 10 and newer phones have finger print on screen which I find awkward and hard to see when phone is asleep. Good phone though, just hard to get used to from note9.

Love this phone, great camera, long battery life and beautiful! However it isn't remotely water "proof". it is supposed to be up to 5 feet for 30 min. I flipped my kayak and it was in a few inches of water for under 10 minutes. I couldn't charge it for over a week and only when I let it sit on my dash while on a 2 hour trip (being careful to check when it was getting to hot and giving it a break) did it dry out enough to be able to charge it. then I had to replace the sim card. That is pretty disappointing for a phone that should be able to take fresh underwater pictures; perfect for the springs I live near. So even though that is one of the reasons I bought the phone I can't use it for that.
