Better than expected.
Bought a pair back in April. Very good fit & finish. (Professionals note - has some rubberized protection at lower impact edges but I have not dropped one yet.) I've used them repeatedly in high-current applications (circular saw/deep cuts and reciprocating saw/pruning blade in garden). I ordered this battery for a Ridgid 1/4" impact driver and a Ridgid radio that were given to me without a battery. The battery operates both devices perfectly and it also operates my Ridgid 1/2" impact wrench. My Ridgid battery charger charges the battery perfectly also. Light perfect battery replacement, fits better then original. Best buy under $80 for 2
Ridgid batteries that get loose in the tool will tend to make intermittent contact. This battery solves that problem with a much better fit and slightly longer contacts. Tools that did not work with the older original battery did work with this one. A side note; If you use a Ridgid reciprocating saw remember to grease the output shaft, will extend tool life.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
