I went as far to call Enagic in Torrance about the filter. Told them I have the Leveluk R they told me ANY HG-N filter should fit that unit. Well IT’S NOT FITTING PROPERLY EVERY TIME I TURN THE MACHINE ON IT SAYS REPLACE FILTER THEN TURN THE WATER ON & PRESS DESIRED BUTTON IT IS GREEN. RESET BUTTON DOESN’T DO ANYTHING. TURN THE WATER OFF ONCE AGAIN REPLACE FILTER.
