Tough stuff
Tropic Cool is a silicon-based roof sealant. It's more difficult to work with than the acrylic based products. However, it sticks to the roof surface better and it is definitely rubberized. Clean-up is a challenge and solvents are recommended. I decided to just sacrifice my brush at the end of each day, too much of a pain to clean. Good stuff anyway!
