I know I should stretch but I can’t effectively do it myself. The 3 instructors that guide you through these stretch routines give easy to follow, detailed descriptions of positioning so you get the most out of each stretch.
Setting and background music are relaxing, nothing about these routines or instructors is cringey or out of date.
I feel better after completing a routine. It’s TLC for all my muscles and joints.
I would say this is excellent for all ages and abilities. The challenge of stretching lies in the daily commitment and benefits are exponential.
