These Leatherman 4.75-Inch Ballistic Nylon Sheaths are extremely well made and versatile. I use these for my Olight Flashlight, my Raptor Shears, and my Sabre Red mace spray. They can also be modified to fit a variety of tools and folding knives... which I've done. My belt is beginning to look like Batman's utility belt. I highly recommend these.

Take my review with a grain of salt because I haven't had it that long yet--only a couple of weeks. So I cannot comment at all on longevity/durability. It looks great. It's the slimmest Leatherman case I've ever had in 25 years of having a Leatherman on my belt 24/7. It's thin material, the design lends itself to being thin, and it sits very close to my body. So that is all excellent. I like how the button doesn't protrude out (hollow thru-hole in the middle). That is a cool design feature aesthetically, and it contributes to the overall slimness. Again though, time will tell if that button holds up to thousands and thousands of snap/un-snap cycles, time will tell if the thin material is tough and durable or if it wears through or frays quickly. And time will tell if the belt loop holds up and doesn't stretch out or come apart.Read full review

Based on the price, I bought this sheath for my Leatherman Wave. Because it is a little bit too big for the Wave, it is difficult to pull the tool out of it. I found that if I laid an inch-long piece of 3/8” o.d. rubber automobile vacuum tubing down in the bottom, the Wave sticks up more and is easy to pull out. The one other drawback is that the spare bit holder for the Wave doesn’t fit inside the case. I’ve put that in my utility drawer:-( This does appear to be a sturdy sheath that will last quite a while.

I bought a medium for my Wave. The large is actually for a spare magazine for my every day canceal and carry. Both are worn side by side for 16 hours a day and are holding up nicely. I definitely recommend this product.

Good quality; but pricey..... glad to see leatherman got rid of the velcro fastener. I had one like that and the velcro wore out quickly so the case wouldn’t stay closed. I had to stop carrying me CORE tool b. I didn’t want to loose it ($100+)... the snap fastener looks pretty heavy duty ...only time will tell!
