Not the condition I was lead to believe, but works.
Not in 'like new' condition, but workable and worth the value. There's a rubber band like piece between the tilter pieces that cause the necessary friction to hold it in place. My guess is that it may originally have been a rubberized disc, but in any case, this works but needs to be tuched in carefully to be hidden.
