Okay
The flashlight came with a charger and a battery. Attempts to charge the battery produced no voltage (measured with a voltmeter). Either the battery or the charger (both?) is bad. I contacted the seller who told me he would send me a new battery if I gave positive feedback. Fortunately, there is a carrier in the flashlight that will accept four AAA batteries and the light does work. Sometimes the cap has to be loosened or taken off then reseated to get the light to come on. It does have an interesting sequence... On (full), Off, On (3/4th brightness) off, On (3/4th brightness) off, On (continuous flashing) Off, On (flashes SOS in morse code) Off. Note: each On or Off is a press of the button (switch) on the end of the light. The lens does slide in and out to narrow or widen the beam. All in all, it's a nice flashlight....just didn't come with a working battery or charger. The three stars reflects the battery/charger problem and the lack of service without demanding a positive review. So one is taking a chance when purchasing this product.
