Really nice sounding and fitting small body guitar.
Really nice guitar, aside from the price. Considering price, this is a great value. This small body Guitar fits Even my tall daughter and tall son, and I notice that friends who come over choose this guitar over others to just sit down and play with or without amp. Sounds really nice along with the piano also. Lowered action (string clearance to frets) using enclosed Allen wrench (1/8 turn) to suit my daughter but my son did not mind as delivered action.

Has nice clear tone super light I’ve tried about 25 of these at different music stores and they all have about the same consistency in sound. Electronics are ok too. Nice wood grain on some of em.

Best quality beginners guitar for a small person
Did a lot of research on what would be the best guitar for a person who is 5'4" tall with short arms, and every source said the Yamaha FSX800C was your best bang for the buck. An unexpected bonus was the realization that this guitar comes with a built-in tuner; no need to make an extra accessory purchase! Among the people that I know (who play guitar) they are all very impressed with my purchase choice and have said I couldn't have done better for the price.
